RI Marijuana Law

Rhode Island medical marijuana patients may possess up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana. Patients may also possess up to 12 mature plants and 12 seedlings.

Out of state medical marijuana patients may consume and possess marijuana when in Rhode Island, but cannot purchase marijuana from a dispensary or appoint a caregiver.
